Location is fine, short walking distance to cafe and shopping. Hotel room is small, breakfast was inside the room, no common area for breakfast. The guy who take breakfast order and prepare behalf not very friendly. No blanket on bed was provided, it just a thin cotton bedsheet instead.

Pros: The hotel is ideally located for walking around Rome. The furnishings in the room are in good condition, the bed is comfortable. Overall clean. For breakfast, you can choose what you want to eat in the evening. Everything was brought fresh in the morning. Convenient electronic registration. The reception is not open all day, but when you come in the evening, your key is in an envelope on the counter. It is very comfortable. The room has a kettle and coffee maker, convenient sockets for charging gadgets. Communication impression is good. But... Minuses: When you walk around the city all day, at the hotel you want to at least take off your shoes. But we were deprived of this opportunity. There were no slippers in the room, and somehow I didn’t really want to walk barefoot on the tiles in the hotel. It seems that the owner saves on the comfort of customers. In addition to the missing slippers in the bath, other unpleasant surprises awaited us. If you have a kettle, the tea itself in bags is the cheapest. It is impossible to drink it. I understand that in Italy they don't drink much tea, but not to the same extent. Two small packets of gel shampoo were waiting for us in the bathroom. I barely had enough time to wash myself once in the evening. In the morning I had to take a shower without gel. And finally - dirty glasses. They were clearly washed in the dishwasher, but they didn't even check that they had a white residue all over the inside. If I paid 30 euros for a room, I wouldn't be outraged. But, sorry, I paid 270 euros. I didn’t know that when renting a room for 270 euros in the center of Rome, I had to come with my own slippers, tea, shower gel and wash the dishes before use. I admit that it was an accident with the slippers and glasses, which is why I rated the hotel quite highly. I ask the owner to pay attention to the preparation of the rooms for arrival. About tea and shower gel, well, take another 5 euros, but add normal tea and a larger gel. This is no small matter for those who want to relax between busy days walking around Rome..

The room is smaller than it looks in the picture. The bed is large enough for 2 people and very clean. There is also an elevator in the building. In general, it was good that many tourist attractions could be reached on foot. The location of the property is a bit noisy.

This was an immersion into the Italy culture! Our "apartment" was located in a bldg adjacent to the ruins of Appollus and where Julius Caesar was killed. LOVED location and ambiance. We were on second floor and other companies had apartments on other floors. We were met by an individual and assisted to checkin but couldn't access room until after 2:00. This lady spoke little English which was understandable being that we were in Rome. Our room had a queen bed and another bed (which we paid extra), working windows which was really cool! Nice bathroom. We had issues with the bathroom door getting locked and the lady didn't think we could understand her but she was talking about us to another lady who helped her get the door unlocked. After that, a nice young man was at the desk and we had no other issues. Breakfast was delivered to us. Croissants were the best. We wanted to stay in a place with character and this was it. Bed was cozy and clean. A little pricey but we were there in high season.

Nice view of some ruins directly in front of the property. Centrally located. Older building, with industrial entrance area and old small elevator to access the reception area and rooms. Room was smallish, but clean and bathroom fixtures were modern.
