The interior was far from appealing, with outdated decor and a general lack of cleanliness. **Horrendously Loud Air Conditioner** Upon entering our room, we turned on the air conditioner, only to be met with a horrendously loud noise that persisted. When we reported this to the staff, we were told nothing could be done and that it wasn't hot (though it clearly was). They insisted a new one had been ordered and it was working fine yesterday (which was irrelevant to us). We threatened to leave if nothing was done, but they refused to offer a refund. The owner finally arrived 30 minutes later with a technician who managed to reduce, but not eliminate, the noise. This overall took around 1.5 hours. This was done without any apology. Later that night, the air conditioner began making noise again. **Mess Left After Attempting To Fix Air Conditioner** After the air conditioner was pulled apart and put back together, a mess was left in the room. We were assured it would be cleaned up while we were out. However, we preferred it to be done while we were present, to safeguard our belongings.
