Its really worth the value to stay. Especially need to highlight the space of the room. It is dedinitely can't find at this price with such room spacious in Rome.

Clean, warm, new decorations with lobby and rooms with historical building.
They have elevators, staffs are extremely helpful.
Location: very easy to find and access from Termini.
Only one thing want to mention is the drainage speed of shower, it’s so slow and nearly blocked.

Got a little confused upon arrival as there’s also another hotel tgt- independent hotel. Check-in was at the same place but location was at a different building (still in close proximity). Staff was kind enough to show the place. The entrance of the door was a little hard to push (making entering and exiting a tad troublesome). Toilet had a weird smell (not too overpowering, still bearable) Otherwise it was decent one overall

The location was good and it was close to the station.
I took a bus from the airport and the hotel was right where I got off the bus!
The room said it had a king bed and a sofa bed, but there was no comforter on the sofa bed so I couldn't sleep on it. The sofa bed was comfortable.
The hotel was clean, but the shower drain was easily clogged, so I left a note asking them to clean it thoroughly, and the drain was no longer clogged.
Also, it depends on the room, but for two days in a row the bathroom door would lock by itself and even the hotel staff couldn't open it, so we had to get a professional to open it for us.
The rooms were spacious and clean, so it was a very good hotel overall, but I thought the elevator performance was not very good.

Super clean and comfortable. The location is great. It can be reached within 5 minutes from the train station. The road is flat and it is easy to carry suitcases. It also comes with a free welcome drink. You can have a drink at the 8th floor restaurant on the top floor of the check-in counter No. 48 while watching the night view. However, the elevator on the first floor where I checked in was broken, so I could only take it from the second floor. Fortunately, I lived on the second floor.

The only good thing is the location is very close to the train station. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed three nights. The location is in another building. The door is very difficult to open and close. The shower head leaks during use. Rain showers make it rain when you take a shower. The toilet flushing tank is broken. There is no water in the toilet to wash poop. The wi-fi is fast and the bed and bedding are comfortable. The room was very dark without enough light. There is plenty of light in the toilet, and two drinks are provided during happy hour.

Very nice room, clean and tidy, not noisy at all. Very close to the train station. Unfortunately there is no parking lot. But it is very good compared to the environment.
