Good location.. central to the main attractions which you can walk to.. only one lift which is slow but didn’t effect my stay. upon entering the room you could smell the bathroom sewage smell. this continued throughout our 5 night stay even though room was cleaned everyday. bathroom shower is very small and water runs out of it onto the bathroom floor creating mess. also the sink leaked aswell running onto the bathroom floor. when we left we were asked how our stay was which we responded ‘it was ok’ hotel staff didn’t ask any more questions so no feedback was provided by myself as i felt they weren’t really that bothered. breakfast staff were very nice and welcoming. The lady who checked us into the hotel was very good and welcoming too.. sorry i cannot remember your name.. other staff were ok. when ordering taxis for a return to the airport we were advised a fee of 55 euros which was fine and this was advertised in the taxi aswell.. however when we arrived at the airport the driver said 75 euros and cash only!! we challenged him and then ended up paying 60euros. i understand this is not a hotel problem but please be advised this taxi was ordered by your hotel and you should be aware of this.. The same thing happened when we used a taxi for the vatican early in the morning where he tried to overcharge us..

Great location. Close to the trevi, pantheon, restaurants, shopping. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They handled the shuttles to/from airports and taxis when needed. They had a fresh fruit plate waiting that my daughters devoured and an espresso maker which was great!! The duck store next door kept my girls busy for a few hours and the area was pretty lively at night but not too crazy. No complaints about the staff at all. And they entertained my triple Italian. Only complaint was that we couldn’t stay in Rome longer. And that my wife couldn’t put the air conditioning down to 60 F. Haha. Molto bene!!!!!!!

Of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip, this was by far the worst—especially compared to the three excellent ones we experienced. Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a foul odor, possibly from old smoking residue, plumbing issues, or the decrepit pullout bed. Speaking of which, the pullout was in such terrible condition that it was practically unusable. The mattress sagged severely in the middle, forcing anyone sleeping on it to roll into each other. Since our group included my wife and two kids, two of us endured this "torture chamber" every night. The shower was another major flaw. The lack of a door—combined with a clogged, malfunctioning showerhead that sprayed water in all directions—left the entire bathroom floor soaked after every use. This poor design and lack of maintenance created both a slipping hazard and constant inconvenience. After this stay, I can confidently say I will never choose this hotel again. This keeps your feedback sharp, professional, and impactful while adding the key issue about the wet bathroom floor. Let me know if you'd like any further refinements!

We booked the rooftop bar this well in advance for an evening drink or two on our wedding anniversary. The bar was a cool place in a great location. We waited 40 minutes for three drinks despite a couple of reminders. Staff didn’t particularly care and simply happy to take our money when challenged. Extremely disappointed

We stopped here for a drink at the hotel's rooftop bar whilst visiting the area as it is close to both the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. A lovely experience with good service, made all the better with the wonderful view. Overall, we would definitely return. :-)

A 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain and also Pantheon. A lovely square just outside the room convenient for taxi pickup. The best part is the rooftop bar that provides a smile and a great “I am in Rome” feeling! Go there on your first evening! The hotel is very comfortable
