The location is very good and I don't think there are many inconveniences! The rooms are cute and the staff are all very friendly! However, the air conditioning in the room didn't work so it was a bit cold.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good cleaning. Quiet hotel even though it is close to a noisy street. I received a room upgrade upon arrival as offered by the hotel. Good location.

I applied for cancellation from the platform and the hotel due to flight cancellation and delay, but it was rejected. I have to give a bad review to the platform and the hotel. I will not choose trip as the platform for outbound hotels in the future.
The room is also unsatisfactory, with a strange layout, and the room is as small as the bathroom. The window is frosted glass, and you can't see outside at all. The light that can enter the room is very limited, and the outside window is not as good as the inside window. Overall, the experience is not good, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is not very good. I hope Chinese tourists will avoid this store and the trip platform.
