Sono stato due giorni in questo hotel e ho vissuto una magica esperienza. Dal momento del check in con Francesca che ci ha fatto sentire accolti e a casa, con il suo sorriso e la sua professionalità. Ci ha mostrato la struttura e la fantastica terrazza e successivamente la nostra camera (una classica standard al quinto piano con affaccio sulla città) curata alla perfezione e dotata di una doccia super confortevole. In camera abbiamo trovato un’amenity personalizzata e molto gradevole. Grazie Francesca per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità! Un grazie speciale a Benedetto, il fantastico concierge che ci ha assistito con suggerimenti, prenotazioni e ha curato il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo visitato il Colosseo e grazie a lui avremo di queste giornate un bellissimo ricordo. Un hotel stupendo, con vista mozzafiato e in una posizione invidiabile…ma la vera “stella” di questa struttura è senz’altro il personale che lo anima. Un team grandioso che nessun’altra proprietà può eguagliare. Il soggiorno romano che tutti meritano di vivere almeno una volta nella vita. Grazie per averci regalato un sogno.

Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik volop genoten van alles wat dit prachtige hotel te bieden heeft. De kamers zijn luxueus en tot in de kleinste details ingericht. De locatie is perfect; op een steenworp afstand van de Spaanse Trappen, waardoor de meeste bezienswaardigheden van Rome binnen handbereik zijn. Wat dit hotel echt onderscheidt, is het personeel. Ze zijn altijd bereid om te helpen, of het nu gaat om aanbevelingen voor restaurants of het beantwoorden van vragen over de stad. Hun toewijding zorgt ervoor dat het verblijf onvergetelijk is. Ik kan dit hotel dan ook van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een zorgeloos verblijf in Rome.

It is centrally located and easy to reach by car. Enjoyable interior design, and quality materials throughout. We liked the room with its excellent bed and bathroom, the assortment of fresh and tasty produce at the breakfast, the dinner at the restaurant, and the professional service. We felt pampered. However, I will rate it only one star because, two weeks after check out, they still owe me €300 which they blocked on my credit card at the check-in. I paid the room well in advance and I paid all the additional charges at check-out. I called and e-mailed several times. They told me there are “some complications with our payment provider, which did not allow us to see your authorization.” Nevertheless, nothing happened since, and this is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this standard.

Once again, this hotel proves why it is my favorite hotel in all the world. Just exceptional staff. Engaging, friendly and extremely professional. Just flawless.
