The overall value for money is pretty good. It's a serious Mercure. The decoration is very old-style. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but the overall comfort level is okay. Breakfast is a bit simple, but the price is not very high, which is acceptable.

The reservation included a junior suite with a double bed and a sofa bed being adults and two children aged 7 and 9 who by regulation would have slept for free in the beds already present. the hotel let me find a suite with only one double bed and no sofa bed. Saying that the mistake was made by the agency and not by them. The reception staff was very rude and arrogant reproaching that this happens when you book with the agency and not directly with them, furthermore from 11.00pm that we arrived at the hotel we only managed to get into a rather shabby room at 00.30am. Finally, an event that left me very perplexed, which makes me think that the level of attention to cleanliness they have is not the best, when they changed our room they asked us if we had dirty the first room and if they had to clean it. It should be mandatory when a stranger enters a room. Instead, I thank the Service staff who in the evening/night were very polite and helpful in solving the problem.
