The staff is very friendly. I used paid parking during my 3-day stay, and even when I went in late at night, they always kindly opened the parking lot **. It is unfortunate that the building is old due to the nature of the area in Rome, but I think it can't be helped. Breakfast is very simple, with coffee and bread.

The facility is located on the outskirts of the city, so it would be dangerous to go there alone. Maybe it's because it's old, but the wind keeps blowing through the window and it's cold. Heater needs cleaning. Still, I had fun at the accommodation.

The room is relatively small. There was no breakfast, but a light meal was also provided, which was not bad and saved money. It was a variety of croissant bread and a big cutable cake every day, as well as water, coffee, and tea bags. The small yard outside has a nice view, and I am very happy to sit and have breakfast.

This was my friends’ and my first time solo travelling, so we were a bit nervous going into it — but staying at this hotel honestly made the whole experience so much better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made it stand out was the staff. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and accommodating — they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. One staff member in particular, Madina (I think that’s her name!), was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and genuinely made a big difference to our trip. We’re so grateful to have chosen this place and would definitely recommend it to other travellers!

Hotel essenziale e pulito. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, molto comodo vicino alla stazione Termini. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione in saletta oppure in terrazza. Posso solo che valutare positivamente questo hotel.

The hotel was very well located with friendly staff, however the walls were poorly insulated, we could hear the slightest noises like the toilet flushing, the noises of the cupboard, people passing in the corridor and other things, the cushions were super hard

Convenient hotel to Termini station, nice, clean. Extra friendly staff, really top. Very basic breakfast but offered by the hotel. Convenient to the metro and in a 15 minute walk you are at the Colosseum. Quiet area despite the proximity to the station with the possibility of bars and restaurants.
