We stayed here as the final accommodation of our honeymoon.
It was a wonderful hotel with a heart of hospitality that was always there.
The location is one stop from Termini Station, and you can walk or take the train to major tourist sites in 30 minutes.
All of the luxury brand amenities were comfortable to use, and my wife was very pleased.
The welcome message was also very heartwarming.
We also had the breakfast buffet, and all the food was delicious, and the live kitchen made some very tasty* food.
You can enjoy your stay even more if you research the hotel's history and events. Every part of the hotel, such as the staircase and the historic elevator, felt stylish.
This is the perfect hotel to use to make your stay in Rome even more wonderful.

The check-in process fell short of expectations. Despite the advertised 3 pm check-in time, my room was not ready until 6 pm. Although I was given access to a different room earlier, it was not the one I had reserved. Upon my arrival, the staff offered assistance with my luggage, but only after watching me carry it up the stairs myself. When they asked if I had more luggage, I said yes, and they left it in the car until I retrieved it myself. This level of service is far from what one would expect from a five-star hotel, with the staff seeming more concerned about the taxis than attending to me and my fiancé. The room also lacks certain amenities I would expect at this level, such as functional windows and USB-C charging ports. The television, disappointingly, only offers one English-language channel, which is simply a promotional broadcast for the hotel brand. The bar service was similarly subpar. The bartender was unable to make a proper Old Fashioned, which was particularly disappointing given the price of the drink. Overall, my initial experience at this hotel has been underwhelming. The aesthetic appeal of the room is not enough to compensate for the lack of expected amenities and the poor service, leaving me concerned about the remainder of my stay. This experience certainly does not justify the cost of the reservation.

Uma experiência extraordinária, do começo ao fim! O hotel centenário que recebeu a bandeira ST Regis está belíssimo e atual. Serviço impecável e acolhedor. Muito bem localizado e com uma decoração clássica com toques modernos e muita arte espalhada por todos os lados. Café da manhã excelente. Vale a pena! Recomendo!

I have had the privilege of many great hotel stays. St Regis is no question one of the best ever. From the minute we checked in we were treated with such kindness and respect. Thank you Erika! The hotel is absolutely stunning and all customers feel like royalty. The rooms are very comfortable, well maintained, spacious and the bed is as comfortable as a bed could be. We loved the service while we had our breakfast. Special thanks to Roberta and her team that took care of us. As we departed we would like to thank Daniele S. with helping ensure we were able to get a cab and helping ensure our luggage was promptly loaded. I look forward to the next visit to Rome. One thing I will not have to worry about…is deciding where to stay. St Regis … thank you and we already look forward to the next time!

The St Regis Roma is exceptionally well run and upholds the brand promise of exceptional customer service. We were welcomed with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, a chilled bottle of Prosecco and dessert along with a lovely handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary. The hotel is beautifully renovated and the St Regis Suite was very spacious. We also quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
