This hotel is run by a greedy, unkind management team who does not care about their clientele. We had two nights booked at this hotel in Sept of 2023. Unfortunately, our son got in a car accident and ended up on life support in the hospital two weeks in advance of our trip. We contacted the hotel immediately to inform them of the severity of the situation and the need to cancel our trip. We provided them formal documentation from the hospital. They ignored us for weeks and when they finally responded they were incredibly rude. Not on only did they refuse a refund, but they would not even give us a credit to stay there in the future if we are ever able to re-plan our trip. Their attitude was inhumane and cruel. In life things happen and flexibility should have a place in tourism and hospitality. Not this hotel! I highly recommend you avoid this hotel because God forbid something happens, before your tip, they will have no sympathy or grace for you. There are so many kind, warm business owners in Rome, I recommend you keep looking for another hotel!
