Our stay was seriously let down by poor service and questionable practices. On our last day, the shuttle bus — which is advertised as running until 7pm — suddenly had a “mechanical failure,” leaving us stranded at Cristofer Columbo station. We had no choice but to pay €43 for a taxi and missed the Market that evening. Unsurprisingly, the shuttle was back in service the very next morning, which makes the excuse hard to believe. The restaurant only added to the disappointment. Not only are the prices inflated, but we were also charged for drinks we never ordered. When I challenged this, the staff were dismissive and rude. Even worse, the same four drinks were €16 one night and €20 the next. That kind of inconsistency suggests poor management and training or staff adding charges for their own benefit. The pool area was equally frustrating. Guests are expected to pay €5 per day for a sun lounger, yet the pool itself had cigarette ends floating in it. Lifeguards spent more time on their phones than watching the swimmers, and by the end of the day rules like wearing a swimming cap were no longer enforced — simply because staff couldn’t be bothered. For the prices charged, guests should expect honesty, professionalism, and basic cleanliness. Instead, we were left with a very negative impression. This place needs major improvements in management and staff training before it can justify its rates.

Also so ganz ok.

We have a UK 6.5m caravan and stayed on a pitch with electricity. The camp is really nice and only about 25% of the pitches were occupied which was great - the pitches are big and we had no neighbours. There are some trees and hedge plantings for shade. There is a good electricity supply that did not trip when our AC unit was on as it was 36 Celsius most of the time we were there. There are two pool areas (swimming caps required) and we had camped near the smaller one which was lovely and quiet. The water park was a bit noisy for us with lots of children. The camp shop was well stocked. We had a Pizza at the camp restaurant one night that was OK. All the toilets and shower blocks are new and super clean. The laundry was good with lots of machines for €5 a wash. I would have given this campsite five stars however, 1. The camp is not cheap but we had no issue with the price until we were asked for €15 to use two sunbeds and an umbrella by the pool - not good 2. Because the campsite was quite empty they had locked a lot of the shower/toilet combo units. They had shut too many and we had to wait several times to have a shower or go to the toilet. Because the one that were open were being heavily used they kept running out of toilet paper in the morning - not good 3. There are no soap dispensers by the sinks in the toilet shower combo units - not good. This is a great campsite and we enjoyed our stay here. Hopefully they might address my comments and then it would be five stars. If my review was helpful could you press press helpful - thank you

Overall this site is ok but there are some real hidden costs you should consider. Accommodation- go for premium the outside space is great with a sofa all other lodges just come with basic outside table and half sun coverage and the heat was brutal. Also beware of the linen charges (more at the end) Site- pool is fantastic but a major flaw is paying for sunbeds and umbrellas. €15 for 2 bed 1 Brolley but no other coverage so they have you in a corner. They also have lifeguards that whistle constantly all day at people who don’t wear swim hats. That got tedious to say the least. Entertainment is 12-1400 fine then 16-1800 which is basically a guy throwing out songs with the most foul language I’m no shrinking violet but it’s an amazement how he’s allowed to. We left both days. Restaurant- expensive for what is it but ok. Site in general.- over run with big church groups well over 1000 when we stopped and super noisy. It’s also quite a distance from anywhere shop on site nothing compared to the one. Mile away. CAR ESSENTIAL. Add ons…. Family of 4 Euro/tourist tax €100 pool beds €100euro pool hats €20 linen €100 so the accom price is not the real cost so be careful.
