We rented a hotel for 2 nights, they gave us a spacious but old room, the air conditioning didn’t work, we waited for about an hour and it didn’t work, we went to the front desk 3-4 times, the last time they already agreed to change our room. Quando vado a Roma scelgo sempre il De Petris quindi ho avuto modo di vedermi assegnate diverse camere, alcune migliori altre meno bene. Ma in sostanza il giudizio è positivo. Centrale ma nel contempo silenzioso. Per quanto riguarda la colazione la ritengo soddisfacente. La terrazza con vista Quirinale è molto bello. In merito al prezzo dipende dal periodo, ho pagato tanto e poco. Però per quando scendo a Roma lo ritengo un approdo sicuro

Albergo tre stelle un po' datato, camere piccole, molto pulito, personale gentile e disponibile , colazione sufficiente all'attico un po' freddo, posizione rispetto al centro ottimale , 300 metri da fontana di Trevi . Per soggiorno di due notti più che bene

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel due giorni. Si trova in una posizione centrale. L' ho trovato molto dispersivo e mi hanno chiesto di cambiare camera il g. Successivo perché dovevano fare riforme nella stanza in cui mi trovavo .Non è stato un soggiorno soddisfacente. La colazione si presenta poco abbondante e con poca scelta.

Avevo prenotato una stanza, ma mi hanno cambiato la data della riunione per cui ho chiesto cancellazione senza penale o cambio data. Prima al telefono hanno detto di si e poi, dopo la cancellazione, non mi hanno restituito nulla e non mi hanno neanche conservato la stanza. Ho perso soldi e stanza. Non fidatevi di chi vi risponde al telefono. Hanno perso una cliente per 100 euro. Vergogna! Servizio pessimo!

Muy bien situado. Personal sumamente amable en recepción. Cada vez que solicitamos una indicación, nos la dieron, nos aconsejaron un muy buen restaurante enfrente( Hostaria romana), los mejores trayectos para evitar multitudes yendo hasta lugares de interés, y de paso descubres hermosas avenidas de la “ citta eterna”. La primera noche fue regular, pues nos dieron , por error de nuestro agente de viajes, habitación pequeña y desvencijada, no entraban las valijas. Yo les sugeriría que, tal vez , deberían pensar en reciclar esa habitación. Solo una sugerencia.Pero a la mañana solicitamos cambio de habitación, y la Srta Karolina, no dio una habitación muy confortable , el baño perfecto, las camas cómodas. Solo le sugeriría al hotel que revisen el aire, las temperaturas en la ciudad fueron extremas, por ahí tienen que revisar eso, pero tampoco nos molestaba. El desayuno , no es buffet, pero es todo lo normal que tomas en tu casa, el adecuado de un hotel de tres estrellas.

I am very surprised at the poor reviews. We stayed at Hotel De Petris for two nights in June in a Superior Room. It was large and very clean. The A/C worked perfectly and the bathroom was also large and updated. We had a private terrace with a nice table and chairs overlooking a quiet courtyard. The location is fantastic along with the restaurants in the area. The owner was very friendly, and the breakfast was fine. Eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, freshly made croissants, an assortment of meats and cheeses. This is an old building which gives it a unique character. We would definitely stay there again.
