Excellent structure, very friendly and always available staff. Located a stone's throw from the Psychotechnical Center of the State Police, at the bus and metro stop.... quick and easy travel. Cozy room and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

It is not easy to review this hotel, the structure would be decent but it is in a really unfortunate location, practically impossible to take a walk since, on one side there is a fast road (without a sidewalk), while on the other there is total nothingness (apart from a metro stop). The room is absolutely decent, but the soundproofing is definitely improvable. The breakfast is ok, but from a 4-star hotel I expect more. Courteous and helpful staff, honorable mention to the cuisine, we ate an EXCELLENT matriciana.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo per motivi di lavoro. Purtroppo la stanza, singola, che ho occupato era alquanto trasandata, con solo una piccola finestra, alta, che non si apriva. Il letto non aveva una sua struttura, i muri della stanza erano macchiati, i sanitari del bagno molto vecchi ed in parte malandati, alcuni angoli delle pareti erano scheggiati. Posso dire, comunque, che il personale è risultato gentile e preparato. Colazione nella norma. Deludente per un quattro stelle.

Vidi una volta un programma su come venivano attribuite le stelle agli alberghi e ci fu polemica soprattutto sugli alberghi romani. Direi che questo albergo mi ha fatto tornare in mente questo servizio. L’albergo di certo é comodo e bello, ma ci fermiamo a buono, io direi che un quattro stelle deve essere e puntare all’ottimo e qui non ci siamo. Personale presente e disponibile h24 alla reception anche gentile, un po’ meno i camerieri alle colazioni, danno l’impressione di dare un po’ fastidio e ci sta vista la tanta gente, ma parliamo sempre di un 4 stelle. Le note dolenti riguardano le camere, polvere nelle lenzuola, ruggine nelle parti metalliche dei bagni, piastrelle rotte e scrostate, aria condizionata affidata a un teemoconvettore che al massimo smuove un po’ di aria, zanzariere semi distrutte. Insomma può andare per un due massimo tre stelle ma non per questo tipo di alberghi e per i prezzi ormai quasi inaccessibili, ma con queste mancanze, no, non ci siamo!

Hotel tranquillo, fuori dal caos cittadino, per chi cerca tranquillità è l’ideale. Il parcheggio dell hotel è un plus per chi ne ha bisogno, se necessario a pagamento lo riservano anche altrimenti è gratuito nelle strisce blu. Il personale è gentile, l’hotel è pulito e profumato, le aree comuni sono ben organizzate e lo spazio verde fuori con sdraio è bellissimo nella bella stagione. La colazione è varia c’è di tutto, dal dolce al salato. La camera era pulita ed essenziale, certo un ammodernamento sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta ma capisco che per un hotel che ha molte camere comporta una spesa non indifferente, ma confido nel fatto che piano piano accadrà.
