Very comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, above average furnishings compared to its peers. Above all, the staff is professional, kind, true and genuine, ready to accommodate your needs. Strategic location very close to Termini station, to the laundry. It is quiet at night. Excellent place to stay or to stay.

In Spain, this place would be more of a guesthouse than a hotel; it's hard to find since it's in a building where each floor is a different accommodation. It's well located, near Termini train station. There are a lot of people sleeping on the streets and begging in this area, but nothing unusual, as I've read in other reviews. We traveled with two children and were given a room with two double beds, and the place was clean. It's just as it looks in the photos. One drawback, I'd say, is that the decor is stuck in the 1950s, and the bathroom could use a handheld shower. The one that's there is a rain shower, and you'll have to do some juggling to avoid getting your hair wet.

I don't like to write negative reviews, especially when I book a 2-star hotel near a train station in a big city and then you risk a flop, but this time it went really badly. Booked on Booking a triple for the Easter weekend for 3 days at a total cost of €600. Location 5 minutes from Termini station and therefore excellent, but the good ends there... - room also large but dirty walls and terrible stale smell of mold caused by a huge damp stain on the exposed brick ceiling - fridge not working due to broken plug - no bedside lamps (despite requests, never arrived) - safe found locked upon arrival and never unlocked for the entire stay despite being warned every day - breakfast with coupon at a very squalid bar 700 meters away (discovered the morning after arrival that breakfast was not on site, after we had also been told the times from 7.30 to 11.00!!!) in which only a drink and a croissant were provided, each additional order had to be paid for. - shower with broken doors and hot water ran out almost immediately - I had to go and get toilet paper from reception myself because it wasn't provided - room with a filthy little terrace with cigarette butts and ancestral dirt overlooking an internal courtyard where all the bins in the building are located - TV not working apart from one channel The beds were comfortable though and the linen was clean.

We hadn't booked this hotel in the first place but we were taken to this one (3 minutes from the booked hotel) The room key card works very poorly, we have to slam the door and try 3 or 4 times to get it closed. At reception, only one person is helpful and friendly. The others barely speak English or Italian. The room is old-fashioned - one lamp out of two works, tape to those that don't - the room is dark all day long - basically only a sheet and a bedspread, we added a blanket that was in the wardrobe but even with that we were cold - we hear all the noises from the corridor, including the doorbell at reception. The bathroom is not clean at all. The only positive point: proximity to Termini station.

Huge disaster upon our arrival! Run away!!! We were downgraded, the room was not in an acceptable condition: - moldy in the bathroom (shower/wall/ceiling) with the smell - Broken towel rack - Only one socket installation for the entire room (1 lamp was plugged in) - 1 bedside lamp / 2 - Hair in the drawers of the night table (or other) - Dirty bedding At reception, the gentleman made fun of us when we came to complain. He claimed that "everything had been cleaned" and that "it was clean" but that was not the reality at all. After insisting for a long time, we were placed in another room. I do not recommend this hotel at all, it is shabby, even the elevator is not up to standard, we were stuck in it (we almost had to bang on the walls for it to supposedly unlock...) in short, HORRIBLE, run away

if you are desperate and really want to book here prepare for the worst: I book, I pay 130 euros for a room (there was no room in the area) for one night. The very kind receptionist checks us in and then calls a guy who takes us to another hotel, half a star a kilometer away. Entrance hall with garbage collection corner, elevator 40 cm wide, no toilet paper and with a half-used soap bag. Luckily the bed was comfortable and clean. I think it is common practice to divide between hotels steal rates in this way, unfortunately I do not know what advice to give to avoid scams of this kind. The good thing is that it was full of Americans who described it as "characteristic and typical" I attach the photos of the real hotel.

After seeing a lot of reviews I was very apprehensive of what I was going to find . I was travelling alone on a budget last minute visit to Rome and this was the cheapest single room with own bathroom I could find (£26 a night ) … It is literally 5 minutes walk from termini ( the main station that connect everything ) . My sat nav took me straight to the door and I ended up going into the wrong side , I went left . When I got through the door I was greeted by a very friendly man on reception . He photocopied my passport , took the city tax and then showed me to my room ( 15 ) I was elated when he opened the door and there was a double bed in there !! The room is nothing fancy but what more do you expect for £26 a night !!! It was clean , the sheets and bathroom was clean … perfecto !! I don’t come away to sit in a gorgeous posh hotel room … I’m here to explore … I need somewhere to shower and sleep and call home for a few days and this did exactly that !!! The man on reception was so very helpful too !! I had forgotten my travel plug and was worried I’d have no battery to get around . He went and found me one and lent it to me for the four days i was there People have moaned about plugs not working but in your room you will find you have two lots of switches , one above the other . The top one is like a mains box … this will turn everything OFF .. including the plug sockets … the one underneath is for your lights …. I really can’t fault this place at all .. it was perfect for what I needed … it wouldn’t be somewhere you would on a romantic trip to Rome but then you wouldn’t be spending £26 a night on a romantic trip to Rome would you ;) There Is a bar directly over the road which also does an amazing latte for €1.50 !! I would definitely use this hotel again if I was to come to Rome … the location is just perfect to travel everywhere you need to go
