The front desk service is friendly. There are only 30 rooms. The rooms are newly decorated and very stylish. The transparent elevator leads directly to the guest rooms and the breakfast room on the top floor. The breakfast is very good. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes 30 minutes to walk to other major Rome attractions except the Vatican.

We had an amazing stay at the Singer Hotel in Rome! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, even leaving prosecco and snacks in our room. The rooftop bar offers absolutely incredible views of the city—perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset. Breakfast on the rooftop was equally lovely, with a great selection of food and a beautiful setting to start the day. The location couldn’t be better—central and convenient for exploring Rome. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, stunning views, and prime location made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Our trip to Rome was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to the place we chose as our home away from home—and especially because of their Guest Relations Manager Niloufar Zadegan (Nilou) who is truly one of the best representatives of the hotel. I honestly never write reviews, but I just couldn’t help myself this time because of all the love and care we received. Nilou has been incredible from the very beginning—even before we arrived in Rome. She kept in touch with us ahead of the trip, answered all our (many!) questions with so much patience, and always with a kind and genuine smile. That kind of attention made us feel taken care of before we even stepped foot in the city. During our stay, she greeted us every morning like we were old friends or part of her family. It made such a difference and added so much warmth to our experience. The rest of the hotel staff was just as kind, the rooms were spotless, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring Rome. Thanks to Nilou and Singer Palace Hotel, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts. And now, whenever we return to Rome, there’s no question—we’ll be staying here again!

We brought our children to Rome for the first time this summer. We wanted to be close to the city center as this trip was mostly for our kids to see the sites. Our experience at Singer Palace was amazing. The staff was unbelievable and the rooms were fantastic. As a family of four we needed a room setup with multiple beds and the layout provided at Singer Palace was perfect. After traveling a lot for work my bar is fairly high for what great service looks like and the staff at Singer are one of the best. Highly recommend.
