Everything (services, staff, location, breakfast, etc.) was fantastic. We had a really good stay in the apartment. Everything was great specially the breakfast, it was so delicious and the people was so kind. We recommended a lot!

We had a 5 day break in Rome and stopped in the family apartment at Casa Modelli just round the corner from the Trevi Fountain. What an absolute gem of a place- perfect location and a unique place to stay. The breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely as was the invitation of dinner. They also organised our airport transfers and made everything so easy. Would highly recommend.

This is a very unique property and close to most of the historical sites. It is almost 50 steps away from the Trevi fountain and close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The property is located on a quiet street and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit that came with its own small living and Kitchen area. The terrace is so cool and breakfast served by the staff is amazing. They squeeze fresh juice every morning and even put together some vegetarian items just for my family. All in all an amazing place. We would stay at this place again for sure.

Mariel and Karla began communication shortly after we booked. This was great. We knew what to expect and helped us get there. We do recommend booking a car through them, (the location is tricky at first)…just one thing after travel we don’t have to arrange. Try and use WhatApp for ease to communicate.
The room was large and comfortable. The old building was fun, with modern improvement for enjoyment. The breakfast were perfect.
Overall, I recommend. Very convent location in historical Rome.
