I would not recommend staying here. Less than 24 hours before checking into the hotel (so I couldnt cancel), Jasmine reached out to me saying there was a "reconstruction" in the hotel that caused my stay to be shifted to another hotel 30 minutes away. Come to figure out I am not the only one this has happened to after reading the awful Google reviews. Domus Hotel Inn felt dingy, small, smelled musty and there was no guidance on what floor it was on when we arrived. The guy in charge of the hotel was nice but you could tell he was in a rush to check us in. When asked if everything was ok, he quickly disappeared- which to me and my partner was suspicious. We stayed there for one night and I felt like I was staying in a sketchy motel. There are only like 6 rooms and you can hear EVERYTHING! Two girls came back in the middle of the night after partying and they were super loud and uncourteous.

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES Hemos reservado a través de booking, llegamos un poco más tarde, de lo que habíamos comentado con ellos por un retraso con el avión, llamamos al sitio y dicen que la reserva no es legítima, que ha habido un problema con booking, que es culpa de ellos, llamamos a booking y después de 2 horas hablando, nos dicen que no pueden hacer nada, porque no hemos llegado en el momento del check in, conclusión estamos con 300 euros menos, que se han quedado por la cara y ni siquiera podemos aprovechar los dos días que nos quedan. We stayed in this beautiful property, everyone was super kind. Very clean environment and modern rooms kept in excellent condition. The icing on the cake is a coffee machine in the room. Excellent location in the center but in a very quiet area. We will definitely return to Truttira

After a night in the wonderful Deluxe suite, without any hesitation I give a 10 to all sections: room, staff, location, breakfast, services in particular to the receptionist Stefania and the barman Isabel. The coolest thing? The bed with sommier! Anything else to improve? Nothing!

I booked a room at the Veneto suite for 3 nights. My booking was cancelled 2 days prior to me flying to Rome, so I called the establishment and asked them why it had been cancelled. They told me there was a problem with the system and that I could still turn up for my booking. We turned up on the correct date and was told that we were not allowed a room because our booking was cancelled (by them). We were stranded at around 9pm looking for a last minute hotel which cost us more and there was no sympathy from the man on the door. Awful experience and extremely unorganised. Do not recommend.

Excellent location for getting around Rome on foot, very quiet area, the rooms are not bad, the cleanliness is not the best, terrible breakfast, capsule coffee machine and croissants from the discount store. Let's say that the strong point is the area where it is located, very quiet and convenient to everything there is to see in Rome.

Hotel took deposit of 100euros with no contact and no explanation. Also had a restless night sleep whilst other guests caused a scene with police called in to the early hours. Rooms like cardboard, no management by staff and no reply to my complaints or when trying to receive answers reference my 100 deposit being taken.
