The hotel is in a perfect location. An oasis in the middle of Rome. Easy walking to almost everything. The staff were very attentive and personable, ensuring our stay was filled with the right site seeing and excellent restaurants. I highly recommend using them to help find the best places to eat. They made suggestions for sights to add to our itinerary that we would have missed otherwise and then helped us book them. Our stay was a five star experience.

I don't know if words can appropriately describe the fantastic experience my husband and I had staying at Palazzo Roma for eight nights. Everything was perfect, and I am not easy to please. Our room was gorgeous, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were phenomenal. Oliver Hutton, checked in on us daily and even added a beautiful chair, which we had not requested, so we would be more comfortable to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in our room. Oliver left partway through our stay and Ricardo took wonderful care of us for the remainder of our stay. We have travelled the world and stayed in beautiful hotels, but Palazzo Roma is absolutely at the top of my favorites.
