Self-service check-in, a very old building, the landlord cannot be contacted at night.
The room is extremely small, a little different from the picture. It is on the street, and it is noisy near the train station, so there is basically no sound insulation.
Except for being relatively cheap and convenient for transportation, there are basically no advantages. There are many other options nearby.

Easy to find, directly opposite the south exit of Roma Termini station. The staff were not on-site, but really helpful, especially when we arrived and needed help getting into the flat.
Overall an excellent location in a clean, old building with plenty of character. The room itself was a little cramped and could have done with space to hang clothes. Other than that, it was an decent stay.

It was a little far from the center of Rome, but it was fine. It was also good that it was close to the station. The room was dark and there was construction outside, so dust got in through the windows.

The hotel wasn't cleaned properly, so there was hair on the blanket. There's no refrigerator. The air conditioner took too long to cool down, and there was no reception when checking in, which was inconvenient! It's good that there's a supermarket right across the street, and the bus to the Roma outlet is right in front, which is an advantage! Roma Termini Station is close! You can think of it as an Airbnb, not a hotel. It's a bit strange that it's registered on Trip.com even though it's not a hotel.

When we first arrived at the apartment. It was 38 degrees so we were very hot and expected air conditioning as one of the Amenities says. However we had a ceiling fan and that was it. So our time in the room was absolute torture. We literally couldn’t sleep, it felt like there was no air, and we took 6-8 showers in one day just to cool down. We were also promised curtains as the room we stayed in was opposite to a multi-level car park where we would easily be seen and the curtain was no where to be seen, we later found out we have those wooden curtain from the outside, but it was stuck and it was not possible to shut. At least we had free Netflix, the bed would’ve been a lot more comfortable if it wasn’t for the heat, and the app that the door can be opened with a phone is pretty cool. But none of that is worth it with no air conditioning and no curtain

Don’t go alone, consider it if you have two or more. I had to catch a flight and had to go to the train station early in the morning, so it was more convenient to stay there. The place is mixed with residential areas, and the elevator is very long, so long that few Chinese people have ever seen it. Fortunately, the neighbors are friendly. There are no curtains in the room! ! No privacy! horrible! The whole process was remote communication, check-in via email, and even phone calls to ask questions when I didn’t understand. I could barely speak English.
