Great location, step out of the building and you’re in the heart of everything there is to see in Rome. Juliana was very friendly and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. Those are the positives, the negatives are; staff is only in the building until 3:00 PM so if you need anything past that time, you have to wait until the next day. They didn’t provide us with new towels so had to keep reusing the ones we had. Biggest negative is there was no hot water the entire time we were there. Other guests were telling us they didn’t have any hot water in their rooms either. When I asked about it, Juliana stated it was a 19th century building. That was it. When you pay over $600 for 2 nights, guests should expect to have access to hot water in their rooms or at least some notice in the description so they can choose to stay there or not. Our room was cozy but extremely small, we had to sit sideways on the toilet. As much as we enjoyed the location, I would not choose this place again. The negatives far outweigh the positives.

The hotel smells of mould odour and it has damp, the rooms are not clean beds are dirty The hotel doesn’t have any main entrance you need to go through a old door then you need to take the lift which is for single person which means you need to wait for minimum 10 minutes Hotel had one personel working and she was not easy to communicate I would not recommend to any one
