Very clean and has everything you need. Close to the metro (Bologna station) and very easy to get to the center. I think it was one stop to Tiburtina station and 5-6 stops to Colosseo station. The balcony was very spacious and it was fun to eat there. The only disappointing thing is that it took a little time to check in. I had to contact them in advance by WhatsApp, but I didn't know about that. In the end, I couldn't enter the apartment for about 30 minutes after I arrived. However, the owner was polite and friendly, so I felt at ease. In my case, I called +393923500698, and the person there gave me the owner's personal number. When I contacted that number, they remotely opened the first gate of the apartment, and all I had to do was follow the instructions to enter my room. In my room, there was a key to open the first gate of the apartment. The key fits into the keyhole, but it seems to require some skill to open it, so I couldn't open it easily.... The trick seems to be to push the gate hard when turning the key...? The resident turned the key and then pushed the gate with his foot and finally used his body weight to open it.

The room is close to the train station, the location is convenient and quiet. The room is well-equipped, new and large, with complete facilities, making it very convenient to live in. Although it is a self-catering apartment, the landlord is very responsive and helpful. I recommend staying here.
