The staff is exceptionally welcoming and professional, offering excellent service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic for exploring Rome. Comfortable beds and shower are appreciated.

This is a hard review for me to write because I loved the location of this hotel and the rooms were very new, clean and modern. The AC was so strong that I ended up turning it off at night, even during a heat wave in summer. Coffee pods and water were provided in the lobby, which was nice but there were many knats/flies in this area. Staff were great. There is no attached restaurant or available food service, but there is a restaurant next door. This is a very small European boutique hotel with no frills. That said, the cleaning staff still came into my room to make it up even when the Do Not Disturb button was activated. This is big concern because I had thousands of dollars of jewelry, purses and clothes laid out on the bed and counter. I didn’t have time to put it away that morning since I was running late. I was surprised and worried when I returned and saw that my room was entered into. This is very concerning because this location is right near all of the designer luxury shops where many come to do tax free shopping. I shouldn’t have to worry about unauthorized entry into my room with valuables. The front desk acknowledged and apologized for the entry, but the Manager (via email) did not provide the expected response. I suppose this is the difference between a US managed hotel vs European one.
