The room is good. It is spacious and the balcony is nice. The building is a bit old, as is the case in Rome. The service is great. I received friendly service and a simple but good breakfast. The location is a bit far from the center, but it was close to the number 8 bus route, so it was not a problem.

It’sq a good to be chosen for this suites as it is very clean and quality services provided. All the facilities were well-established, and the breakfast was excellent! Will be back if we are travel to Rome!

Located in a poor neighbourhood. Looks like lots of crime happening in the area as I witness people fighting near the hotel and police going around to check on local people. The environment is dirty and a lot of drunkens hanging around. The access to the room is difficult, need to go through security at the ground floor and they are off after 4pm. Try to call hotel through the door bell but no pick up. Very poor service. Even after getting into the apartment, is hard to locate the unit as there are no clear directions. We happens to have 3 big luggages and the lift cannot fit 2 people and our luggages. It is really very tiny and old lift which needs to manually close the lift door to operate. As there is no dinning space in the place, breakfast is being served to the room with very limited choice.

Walking from the Trastavere train and metro station for less than 10 minutes we found this unassuming and unlikely looking "Guesthouse" waiting for us amid the urban sprawl. Our room was neat, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Refrigerator with refreshments (for a fee). Our hosts communicated with us all the way so that we could arrive by public transportation safely and relatively effortlessly. They also were helpful in helping us navigate public transportation to many of the local sights from St. Peter's to the Coliseum. Such a convenient location to all public transportation: 5-10 minutes away! Local stores right around the corner. Breakfast. We are so happy we found this hidden gem, and if we ever return to Rome, this is the first place to stay we will look for.

Self check in was simple. The room is perfect and we loved the balcony! It’s a little confusing initially to find the building, as it’s tucked away. We figured it out though and really appreciated the elevator for our luggage. The printed restaurant recommendations were a nice bonus, as was the Rome travel book we borrowed from the main reception area.
