Too many steps to reach hotel, no elevator, if you have any luggage it is a problem.

The stay was very welcoming, the receptionist was very attentive and the location couldn't be better. The bathroom could be improved. A highly recommended stay!

L'hotel si trova a due passi da piazza del Popolo... fantastico scendere ed essere in un posto così bello!! Purtroppo la sistemazione che mi hanno assegnato non era come prevista e descritta...il lavello del bagno e la doccia avevano grossi problemi per fare uscire l'acqua... sicuramente il calcare ha ostruito il passaggio... sporcizia e cavi elettrici sotto al letto... ingresso reception sporco e abbandonato.... c'erano 2 poveri pesci rossi che nuotavano in acque nere e sporcizia di terra sulle mensole... servizi descritti sul sito non erano veritieri come ci ha confermato il proprietario ( si è scusato per questo ed abbiamo apprezzato le sue scuse) . Di positivo la pulizia delle lenzuola e asciugamani... colazione buona ma priva di soluzioni per intolleranze al lattosio come avevamo segnalato...quindi mia moglie ha dovuto ripiegare con il classico pane e marmellata... insomma avrei dato 1 ma il voto si è alzato per le lenzuola e la cortesia e la disponibilità della ragazza che ci ha fornito la colazione.

Not a hotel, but a B&B. The location is perfect for Rome center, but the room furniture is dated and in bad conditions and the shower tiles are dirty and rusted. Not worth the money.

Si definisce boutique hotel e su questo sito è classificato 4 stelle. In realtà è un B&B di bassa categoria. La camera era spaziosa, ma trascurata: pareti scrostate, tende sudice, doccia con muffa. Anche le scale del palazzo presentano ragnatele. La colazione è possibile solo dalle 8.30 e la qualità è molto scarsa. Pochi prodotti confezionati e molta improvvisazione. Non vengono dati nemmeno i piatti. C’è un terrazzino per fare colazione sporco e trascurato. Servizio reception limitato a poche ore al giorno. Prezzo troppo caro per l’offerta. Punti positivi: la posizione, a due passi da piazza del popolo, il caffè e l’accoglienza del signor Valerio, molto cortese.
