The surrounding environment is very good, the customer service is very friendly, and the room is OK. The soundproofing is a bit poor, so light sleepers will be noisy at night. Overall it's a very good hotel.

Nice hotel in a quite and off tourist track way. Rooms are clean and functional. Unfortunately there is no internet reception in the rooms.

I am very satisfied with my decision to go to this hotel. The location is very convenient and walkable. When I needed Uber rides to get around there were typically many drivers nearby and the rides were short to the areas I wanted to go to. The TV channel selection was good and the bed was nice.

The emergency light came on in our room they tried to tell us it’s normal having a super bright LED turn on at past midnight.
Our problem is the gaslighting, lies and attitude we received. I am not writing this review in anger I have been the bigger person but we seen 4 staff members over the night shift and morning.
Be warned there is no customer care of service. If something goes wrong.
There was other defects in the room like the hairdryer shower and I was afraid to report it incase I was charged.
It’s that kind of place.

Basta un paio di ritocchi qua
La stanza assegnata (da singola a doppia) benchè fosse più confortevole, necessita un paio di ritocchi: il primo riguarda la finestrella che si trova di fronte alla porta d'ingresso, che è priva di tende o comunque degli oscuranti, che secondo me, ritengo opportuno mettere. La seconda invece riguarda la doccia. Sarebbe più opportuno mettere le ante al posto della tenda, perchè non è molto comoda, e aprirla o chiuderla, bisogna farlo con i ganci he la tengono. Per il resto invece, pulita e letto comodo.
