The property is in a fantastic location in the centre of the city. Very accessible by foot. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating.
The place is clean and quiet, provided the occupants of other rooms don’t make noise and the owners make a point to request that of guests (the walls are paper thin and we can hear every sound people make).
My room was comfortable, however the comfort was at a minimum (I suppose it’s acceptable considering the price in such a central location). The breakfast wasn’t particularly interesting either.. but it’s ok.
Strangely, I kept getting bitten by bugs every single night (tho I don’t think they were bedbugs) - I literally would wake up every morning with new bites all over my legs - during this trip, I stayed in a total of 4 different B&Bs and only got bitten during my stay at Casa Cimabue (where I stayed a total of 5 nights)

Ho prenotato la stanza in largo anticipo, e pagato la caparra. Al momento del mio arrivo,intorno alle 10.30 la stanza non era pronta e credo che aspettassero che i “vecchi”clienti andassero via . Ho atteso per mezz’ora per poi sentirmi dire dal proprietario che potevo lasciare la valigia e andassi a fare passi . Torno alle12.00 e la stanza non era ancora pronta! Morale: consegna alle 13 inoltrate. Camera senza bidet! Vergognoso in Italia! Il giorno dopo esco per fare un giro verso le 11 .00 e ho dovuto lasciare le chiavi, perché dice la signora, comunque devo partire quindi posso suonare il campanello al ritorno dalla passeggiata! Accoglienza gelida e fuori da ogni logica.

Il bed and breakfast è carino e ben tenuto in un'ottima Posizione, ideale sia per assistere a concerti dell'auditorium del Parco della Musica che per spostarsi in centro. La zona e tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Unica pecca nel bagno non c'è il bidet.

Il Bed and breakfast è accogliente, camere pulite e letto comodo. La signora Patrizia poi è una persona veramente squisita, molto gentile ed accogliente. Inoltre la posizione è ottimale, vicino piazza del popolo e collegatissima da bus e dalla linea A della metro. È stato piacevole soggiornare per tutto il periodo degli internazionali d'italia di tennis. Sicuramente ci tornerò con molto piacere.
