5th floor complex room rental w/ diy breakfast
The host is very nice and flexible with time. She's reachable by text. This is not a typical bed and breakfast. More like a room rental. You serve yourself breakfast in the kitchen such as toast and yogurt.
This is deep within a gated apartment complex and not on the water. If you want a taste of living in Northern Rome, that would be a reason to try this out. It's on the 5th floor. There's an elevator - they call it "automatic" because you do not manually open the first set of doors. Most people are residents. It's rather noisy at night - dogs and echoing hallway talk. The host has 2 dogs that should be noted.
The space and rooms are very clean. The kitchen is mini and there's no living room space. They rent 2 rooms. I never saw the other guest but the walls are thin so you know when people are home.

So quiet and comfy landlady was a gem helpful and easy going if l go back to Rome l would go back to those lodgings excellent

A casa di Lia siamo stati benissimo, l' accoglienza è stata ottima. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il nostro cagnolino ma l' host è stata comprensiva e gentilissima. Consiglio questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia sentirsi coccolato e come a casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato a capodanno con la mia famiglia al beb di Lia e ci siamo trovati come a casa , un soggiorno perfetto in un contesto tranquillo e signorile, tutte le comodità a disposizione , le fermate per spostarti sono tutte vicine, la padrona di casa fantastica che ci ha fatto trovare pure le lenticchie ❤️ Straconsigliato per chi vuole visitare Roma

I have stayed here often. The location is perfect. The room warm and comfortable. The owner super friendly. Staying at Christmas period I was also lucky enough to meet Father Christmas who was also staying there.

Ho scelto la struttura per la vicinanza alla Scuola Superiore di Polizia, dove ho frequentato un corso di una settimana a fine ottobre, portando al seguito la famiglia, bimbo di 3 anni compreso. Sicuramente una piacevolissima scoperta, dato che l'abitazione è ubicata nel meraviglioso comprensorio di Villa Riccio, suggestiva location che è accessibile dal lungotevere Flaminio e da Viale del Vignola. La signora Lia è una perfetta padrona di casa, molto attenta e premurosa nella cura della clientela, che tratta davvero come se fossero dei familiari. Nulla è lasciato al caso, l'appartamento è molto ben arredato e gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli: la zona living- cucina è molto accogliente, con disponibilità di piccoli elettrodomestici molto comodi per la prima colazione, pasto per cui la padrona di casa mette a disposizione molte leccornie. Che dire, esperienza molto molto positiva che spero di poter ripetere, magari per un breve vacanza alla scoperta della Città Eterna, considerando che il b&b è centralissimo, a breve distanza da Piazza del Popolo, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 20 minuti circa.

Il posto è meraviglioso e l'accoglienza pure. Massima riservatezza e la camera è incantevole. Colazione gradevole e prezzo super onesto. Se siete a Roma è un posto Consigliatissimooo!!! Da provare e poi tornare ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa di Lia e siamo entusiasti! C'è tutto a Casa di Lia, posizione ottima, tranquillità, accoglienza, disponibilità, organizzazione e tanto altro. L appartamento e le camere sono arredate e organizzate in modo impeccabile e deliziose, curate nei minimi particolari, pulito e confortevole, Lia è una perfetta padrona di casa simpatica e alla mano.
