The elevator is very small. The luggage for both of us is overweight. The elevator is very old and not very Italian.
It's like an airbnb inside. There are many rooms and the hygiene is average.

Great place! We have stayed here two seperate times, and both times were amazing. The staff is awesome, and the location is fantastic! The rooms are classy and comfortable.

first of all they had one of the best customer service in Rome. Elena was very helpful through our staying. the room is very clean and cozy. the room includes a coffee machine and we had coffee capsules for our stay. the room was cleaned every day. the hot tub is also a very nice addition. we booked this hotel for our honeymoon and was one of the best decisions we have ever made!! we suggest to book it instead of any other hotel. the communication before our staying and all the days we were there was excellent!
