Hotel was fine. They would try to service your room way too early and then tried to refuse house keeping to us when requested at 11am. After I kept asking questions regards to why they can’t still service our room, someone finally said they would at 5pm. Their shower was leaky

Camere abbastanza pulite e con tutti i servizi. Molto gradito l’omaggio di acqua naturale e frizzante presente nel mi mi minibar in camera. Tv con Sky . Personale alla reception gentile. Colazione nella media con dolce e salato. Il caffè viene portato a tavola dal personale attento e disponibile.

I strongly advise against the restaurant... terrible food, certainly the first courses pre-cooked and heated in the microwave, really sad... also the poor service... also the very poor breakfast... the price of €20 attracts... but it's not worth it (small beer €5.. in addition to €20)

The hotel was clean. When I arrived it the restaurant was supposed to be open, but wasn’t. I guess they didn’t expect more visitors, it will full of boxes. But they did feed us. They didn’t have menu, and only has steak and salad. But, I appreciated the dinner. The room was clean and nice, but the Aircon was not working, and the room was like an oven. I called down in the middle of the night to ask them to fix it. They said they couldn’t, and said I couldn’t get another room. The room was far too warm to sleep. In the morning, I tried to have a shower. However, there is no shower curtain, which means I needed to have a bath. Which was fine, only there was no hot water. The hotel could be nice, but the service is terrible.
