J’ai réservé ce logement pour la période des fêtes de fin d’année. Nous avons tout de suite apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité de Gino. Nos messages obtenaient toujours une réponse quasi immédiate ! Le logement se compose de plusieurs chambres, avec un salon et une petite cuisine partagés. La cuisine est équipée : micro-onde, plaque induction, petit frigo, bouilloire et machine Nespresso. Il y a aussi du thé et un distributeur de snacks et boissons payants. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien ! Il y a même des fers à repasser ! Des plans de Rome sont à disposition, ce qui mine de rien, est ultra pratique ! Le B&B se trouve à 15 mn à pied du Vatican. La station de métro Ottaviano est proche, mais encore plus près on trouve la gare S. Pietro, qui est reliée à Termini pour 1 € (billets sur Trenitalia) ! Carrefour Market est juste en face et ouvert 24/24 h et 7/7 jours ! Il y a également de nombreux restos dans la zone (Pastasciutta à 15 mn pour manger bon et vraiment pas cher), une station essence, et une bonne pâtisserie juste en bas (qui fait des maritozzi traditionnels de Rome). Excellente adresse à recommander !

Gino is a great host, and his advice is invaluable. He takes the time to explain everything you need. The accommodation is clean and very adequate. If there was one downside, it would be the soundproofing, but the location is excellent.

Good location, close to Vatican and central Rome and very friendly owner. All together made our Romw experience Everything was clean and ready. Close by are local restarants, Carefour and bus and train stop. So if you dont like hotel chains and if you want to try to be more local, try it. Only little negative thing is traffic, which is noisy also during the night, but when you will be tired from Rome exploring, its than nothing important…

Rooms near the Vatican just 5 minutes away by clock, excellent location with many services nearby bars, pastry shops, restaurants, 24 hour supermarket and parking nearby, friendly and helpful owner.

I stayed with my wife. We wanted to be close to the Vatican but without the stress of chaos. We found the ideal place, close to St. Peter's (you can see it from the balcony), clean and quiet. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Gino, always available
