Excellent location with 5 mins walk to Tiburtina Station which also have direct access to airport train line. The room is super clean and staff is friendly and helpful. 7 mins walk to Conad supermarket.

I stayed at this hotel because of its ease of travel and safety.
It is so close that you can see it diagonally to the right when you exit Tiburtina station, so it is a convenient hotel for traveling by train.
It takes a little time to get to the center of Rome, but traveling by bus was better than the subway because I could get around without worrying about safety.
The hotel was newer and cleaner than hotels in the center of Rome, and the shower had good water pressure and was comfortable.
One thing that is a bit disappointing is that there aren't many restaurants nearby.
