The room was clean and in a good location, but there was no front desk and check-in was delayed by nearly an hour.

It's inconvenient that there's no front desk, and communication is via whatsapp. A few days before the trip, I was asked to pay the city tax. After paying, the price was strange, so I inquired again, and they said they had received a reservation for 3 people. Then, he said that you should have checked the cost before paying the city tax... It's almost like he's scolding you. Even though I made a reservation for two people through Trip.com and the voucher came out that way, I don't know what the reason is. They gave me a refund, but I was already in a bad mood before leaving for the trip. The air conditioner broke down during the trip, and we were told to move to another accommodation with only important items and stay only for one night. The location of that accommodation was farther from the center of the tourist area than the main accommodation, and the reviews were worse, so I didn't go and changed the room the next day. Anyway, the response is very good. During your stay, they only make your bed and empty the trash can, and give you towels. Because I dropped a few pieces of chocolate this morning and they didn't clean it up for a few days, so I found it and threw it away. The location is really good. The price may be cheap.
