Bed & Breakfast with Italian flair. Stucco on the ceiling, Roman columns. Facilities are good, bed is good, kitchen is available. You get packaged biscuits, espresso capsules and milk. The water temperature in the shower is not easy to regulate. The water gets cold at times.
Small tip: if you want to book the room with two single beds, you should contact Iwan beforehand. I didn't know and had to share a double bed with my adult daughter. It wasn't my plan.

The ideal room with veranda to stay in Rome. Close to the station and the center. The owner is very responsive, he has a wonderful dog Ariela. I really enjoyed living there. Everything is clean and being tidied up. There is tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, and there is air conditioning. Each room has its own bathroom, its own refrigerator. Everything is in perfect order.
The only caveat is that the owner speaks very little English, but this is not a problem. I am very pleased

Best accommodation I have stayed anywhere in Europe so far! The location was very convenient with the main train/metro station and bus terminal 5-6 minutes away.
The owner was a lovely man and showed us through the hotel very neatly. He also replied very fast and was flexible with check-in time and luggage storage. Communication was through email and google translate due to language barriers but we had no problem at all.
The room itself was very clean and is readied with amenities and food/drinks. I think the hotel was previously an apartment flat, renovated into a hotel. It’s very cozy. We were expecting a hostel-like vibe but this place was way beyond our expectations. We are very satisfied with our stay! 100% recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

The private bathroom is outside the room, and it has a little smell that I can't get used to, maybe because of the ventilation, but other than that it's perfect. Iva is a sincere person and I received the correct 36€ for the city tax paid locally, instead of the 57€ listed on Trip.com. Thank you very much.
