Avevamo prenotato per una sola notte in vista della finale di coppa Italia tramite Booking. C’è stato un problema con la carta agganciata al profilo tramite il quale abbiamo prenotato e la camera è stata non solo cancellata ma anche data ad altri (senza nessun tipo di avviso). Premesso che è stata anche nostra disattenzione non controllare lo “stato” della prenotazione, ma non è possibile procedere alla cancellazione della camera e non avvisare telefonicamente chi ha già prenotato giorni e giorni fa. Sicuramente quando verrò a Roma questa struttura sarà la prima che scarterò.

Excellent starting point for getting to know Rome just a few minutes from San Pietro... close to San Pietro station. Convenient for returning to Termini station..and the buses to the center pass very close. The owner..really kind. Excellent restaurants in the area where you can eat really well

Good place, very close to the center and most importantly the cleanliness and kindness of the owners, our entire stay was very good, they told us everything we asked and asked us for a taxi to get back to the airport. There is also a bus that takes you to the center, they told us and right next door there is a supermarket where we bought for dinner. It's right next to the Vatican! Pleasant experience, thank you!!

Fantastic spot, so close to the city, private balcony, delicious breakfast, perfect beds, friendly people. The plus point is that you can use the bicycles. It takes some getting used to in traffic, but it is ideal for getting everywhere quickly and easily. Room is very clean and bathroom also nice. Shower with special lighting.

I arrived during the night and no one was there to greet me, but they left me a message on how to enter and an envelope with my key welcoming me. The room was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean. The next day I met the beautiful couple who run the residence, they were very friendly and they brought me breakfast to my room.
