Fantastic hotel, with very kind and welcoming staff. The room was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay there. Location is good, convenient walking distance to metro A. Breakfast was delicious and of high quality with plenty to choose from. Many thanks. We would be happy to return and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

As part of our ongoing Europe trip, I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 4 nights; we booked 2 rooms, our bed looked like a double but was 2 single joined so it was great for me and my aunt as we separated the beds. The hotel had good amenities - private bathroom was huge although for some reason the lights would just turn off randomly? I don't know if it was just our room or everyone else's. The swimming pool is only opened in the summer!! so it was closed for us, which was sad. The staff was really nice and they gave us extra blankets, coffee machine and a kettle when we asked for it! Really appreciated their help and trust me there was so many large groups always arriving at this hotel so they were doing amazing. We paid for dinner once and a breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss - I loved my Chicken salad, but the others weren't impressed with the burgers they had but breakfast was definitely better. I think the star was the beans because wow they were good. The only major cons about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator (same as Florence) and it was noisy all morning and late at night, plus some construction at like 8am ish so please if you can, ask for a faraway room! Also the distance from the city centre was quite tiring, yes it is only 23 mins metro from the Torre Angela station but an 11 mins walk from the station to the hotel and with our suitcases and the station exit not having any elevators, it was hard work. To get to the hotel side, you need to first go down the stairs, then up the stairs and go down again so if you are walking from the station to the hotel, be prepared!

The hotel is quite good. Two bottles of water are given when you check in. The toilet has a heater. The food is simple, with boiled eggs and few smuggled goods. There is a parking lot, which needs to be opened by the front desk

After all, it is a chain hotel, and we were not disappointed. Compared with hotels of the same price, it is really good. The room is big and clean! There is nothing to eat or play around. We went out by subway and taxi, and the hotel is in the new district. On the way to the hotel on the first day of arrival, a beautiful woman followed the zipper of the bag. So we always choose to take a taxi when we go back to the hotel after playing at the scenic spots late!

Room is spacious, neat and clean washroom, friendly staff. Big disadvantage is the location however its near to bus stops and for metro station it’s takes 20 mins by walk. No eateries near by.

It was hard to find the hotel. Not well signed as its frontage is off the Main Street. The night porter was good as I accidentally pulled on the emergency cord in the bathroom thinking it was an exhaust fan and he was at my room within 1 minute. Gracias despite it being a false alarm. The mattress was extremely hard but they provided a thin mattress topper which helped. The early evening receptionist was brilliant but the morning one was shall we say abrupt And not engaging. She claims she didn’t understand my questions BUT didn’t take the time to engage me face to face and kept looking at her screen. If you can get past her abruptness is was an ok place to stay. Closeness to ROME was a benefit.

The hotel is located in the eur area of ​​Rome. The hotel itself is quite large. There is a doorman and free parking. The hotel environment is very good. Some areas of the hotel have poor hardware facilities. The main thing is that the parking is free and relatively safe.

Exceeded our expectations. Everything was good. Close to the metro station, clean, great services. Cannot talk about the food because we did not eat there. Maybe would have been good to have some slippers in the room, as i doubt most people bring their own, especially if it's a short trip, but besides that everything was good. Would definitely come back.

Clean and tidy room, with electric kettle and fridge. Slippers is provided. Breakfast buffet is good. However, noises from the next room and from the upper floor can be heard clearly.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, a five-minute walk and a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. The hotel breakfast is very rich, a standard Western breakfast, and the taste is OK. The room is a little small, but very clean. The hotel is on a branch road and is relatively quiet.
