The room is big and the layout is beautiful! The equipment is also very complete, with facial cleanser included. Due to environmental protection policies, disposable items are not provided. There is also a vending machine on the first floor of the museum for purchase, which is very considerate! The bathroom has a separate shower area and a bathtub. The bathtub is very beautiful ~ couples can take a bath together!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10days and 9nights. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly soft and large, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water as well.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The front desk even had a luggage scale available, which was really convenient for travel preparations.
The hotel's location is excellent, it's surrounded by convenience stores like Family Mart and small shopping malls, with easy access to both the metro and bus stops, making it perfect for getting around the city.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

WiFi occasionally stopped working at night that affected my and remote work streaming experience. And the equipment inside bathtub seemed to be not fully functional. (The sign said the tub had Massaging function but turned out it was replaced with another new tub, so the massage function was the old one)

Conveniently located on the beach, a five minute walk from the train station. The room was large and clean. Bed were very comfortable. Lots of amenities. I like that the room had two toilets. The breakfast was copious, so much choice, mostly Chinese foods but delicious. The only thing I would say is the down side of this hotel is that the façade looks run down. It desperately needs a new paint job to look like a luxury hotel. The inside is really nice but the outside looks abandoned. But I noticed this is often the case with many buildings in Taiwan. The upkeep of the façade doesn’t seem important to them.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Yun Hotel with my kids. This was probably one of my most relaxing staycations as we stayed in the Water Room with the hot spring and sizable living room.
The front desk had an English speak gentlemen that took care of our check in, and described all the things we could do at the hotel. This place is very kid friendly with a dedicated play room on the second floor, and a mini race track with high end electric cars for the kids to drive. There's also a snacks, arts n crafts, and a movie theatre all on the ground floor. The people staffing all these venues were all very helpful and professional.
Our morning breakfast was delivered on time and so delicious. There was so much food, 3 people could not finish the 2 sets. Can't wait to visit again during the next holiday!

The hotel is located a little away from the old street, about 10 minutes away, so you can have a quiet rest all night. The hotel as a whole is very artistic. The lobby, corridors, and rooms are well designed and very comfortable, although there is a little lack of light. It is full of tranquility that allows the body and mind to rest.
The room includes 1 hotel room and 2 meals. The quality of breakfast and dinner is very high. Because I can’t eat seafood, the hotel has made special arrangements to satisfy my vision, smell and appetite.
The hotel's SPA is also very good, the price is cheap and the service is excellent. The architectural style and design are very comfortable.

When booking the room requested a new clean bathtub room, but checked more than 9pm in to the room did not see clearly the bathroom, rest after a bath, only saw the jacuzzi super old disgusting, 10 nozzles 7 is broken, did not want to use it the next morning with the bar table drinking facilities shortly after, noticed the ground in front of the bar table water The water pipes under the water also seep out, will drip in the drawer so that the things inside are all wet, also seep after the drawer, and then flow to the ground These unusable disrepaired bathtub and drinking water facilities problems are really too unsatisfactory, stay compared to the Airbnb we stayed in the previous part of the trip, that this is not worth it😫.

There are too many advantages to list in detail:
✅The twin room is very comfortable and no back pain for two people when they wake up the next day
✅The bathroom has two sliding doors to separate wet and dry areas, and I am particularly satisfied with the washbasin being located outside! Putting on makeup won't take up the bathroom, and the 90-degree angle design with two mirrors is super waist-twist friendly🤩
✅There is a tea kettle, clean and dirty clothes bag
✅The parking lot is right behind the hotel, and we cooperate with the gym for parking and fitness
✅Check out at 12:00! Lazy friendly 🥹
Unfortunately, the schedule was tight this time so I didn’t sleep until I woke up naturally and didn’t use the gym.
I haven't stayed in such a satisfactory hotel for a long time, I like it💘❣️

First of all, I must praise the service staff for their really good attitude and they are all very friendly. This is the most commendable thing.
Then there is the issue of facilities. I know this is an old hotel, but during the three days I stayed, there was no room cleaning at all on one day. I don’t know why, but because it was too late to return to the hotel, I just No more trouble for the hotel staff.
Then there is the hot spring house that is available for an additional fee. Not only does the water come out slowly, but there are also leaf debris in the hot spring. Although the amount is not large, it can affect the mood. In an hour of use, less than half of the water was left for half an hour. The whole thing was very rushed and the user experience was very poor.

AAndy1211Stayed for 2 nights and was very satisfied. The staff are very friendly and helpful when entering and exiting. It is very close to Jishan Street, so there is no need to worry about 3 meals. The room was exquisite, cleaned to perfection, the view was beautiful, and the bathtub was the highlight. Breakfast is not included but there is a free snack bar and coffee machine which is enough. If you have too much luggage, it is best to take a taxi to a lighter road.

TTammy.THost is nice and friendly. We arrived late and was raining, host was very accomodative as he waited at the door for us. The Airbnb was cosy and clean, room comes with good view. Noticed all rooms have different style and designs. Also comes with complimentary local hearty & healthy breakfast. The location is very near Jiufen old street, only take about 5-8mins walk by taking a shortcut staircase. We had a comfortable and good stay for 3D2N.
