Very run down. Broken paying, overgrown shrubs around the pool area. We asked for a pool view and got a large conifer tree 1 foot away from the balcony. No on site amenities or anything to do unless you just want to sit around the pool. The pool itself was clean and the rooms cleaned Dailey by two young girls. No welcome manager on site again just a girl who showed us to our room. We did manage to exchange our room for a slightly better one at a cost to us of €20 but again no manager or reception to go to. If I could advise people I would say it’s ok to get your head down but anything else then find another place as this has definitely seen better days . It’s a shame as with a bit of maintenance and management it could be a nice place .

We read the reviews before arriving and they were very mixed. The photos are dated as I'm sure we stayed in the room featured on the listing for this property and it's got a big tree in front of the balcony these days. We got a last minute cheap holiday and we got what we paid for. Rooms are extremely clean and practical. Kettle sandwich toaster and hot plate if you fancied cooking along with a small fridge. Bathroom was good although showers are a bit narrow but again clean and serviceable. We asked for extra pillows as there is only one per person. We had to ask for a different mattress as the one in the end was so hard. BUT if you don't ask you don't get! The staff are lovely !!!!! Nothing is too much trouble and if they can help they will. The pool and surrounding area is gorgeous and beautifully kept. The overall complex is neglected which is a shame as I'm sure in its heyday it would have been spectacular. It is situated on a busy main road. Turn right takes you to Roda Beach with bars and restaurants. Turn left and there is a supermarket and other bars and restaurants. If you go out the back of the hotel in the far right hand corner there is a footpath that takes you down to the beach without having to walk on the busy main road. It isn't lit so take a torch for your walk back. We didn't need one as there was enough ambient light to walk back safely but if you're not sure then err on the side of caution. There is a lot of mosquitos in Corfu. We took a plug in diffuser and it worked ok for us. You just need to be aware and take precautions. Overall a really lovely stay. If you do book just be realistic on what to expect instead of putting up negative reviews instead of managing your own expectations.

Avoid this place at all costs. We booked into this place for our holidays and I have to say I can’t say one good thing about the place. Overgrown, dirty, disorganised and not worth the money. Several areas are falling down and are dangerous for kids. The pictures bear no resemblance to the place. It’s falling down and needs to be closed. Roda itself is gorgeous .

Cannot explain how much I do not recommend to anyone, not even wild animals. For starters the air conditioning was broken, we had no clean towels for the 4 nights we were there, there were probably about 300 mosquitoes residing in there and as well as the sink plug continuously getting blocked; a week after I got home I started coming up in random bites. Was told that they look like bed bugs and because they looked so bad, to go to the walk in clinic. There’s no reception to check in or out, you just have to time it correctly to find the owner chilling outside her place to get the key. We ended up leaving the key on a table outside her place when we checked out because she had disappeared. I don’t know how this place is even legal, it needs to be shut down or fumigated with a flame thrower. Absolutely vile and I’m in so much pain from these bites I’ve acquired. Do not stay here for the life of you. (Also no Wifi as stated). Going to be contacting the travel company we booked through as well.

Gobsmacked and bewildered at the fact we managed to stick out four nights here. I've stayed in hostels in the dingiest places of Vietnam and they are superior to this. Broken air-con, no clean sheets or towels, no TV remote, blocked plugs and chuck at least 162 mosquitos into the mix. If you've got a bad back, avoid the mattress at all costs. Even if you don't, you'll have one after this. Never have I ever, or will I ever, stay in such a place again. At least it made as stay out to explore Corfu as much as possible! Ps, there is no WiFi. I am using my precious data to alert potential victims to this horror

Absolutely amazing apartments. Romeo the manager and his lovely family are absolutely brilliant. The apartments are perfect size, clean and we'll equipped for self catering. The pool is stunning, with two baby pools and varying depths in the main part. Definitely recommend this place and I would definitely return. Not a single bad thing to say about this place and the staff. Amazing holiday

guys there is little to say the worst hotel of my life. Cleaning is done when they want, about every three days, in fact our room has not received clean blankets and clean towels and cleaning of the bathroom fixtures, beds the height of a dachshund hard as stone. They have a kitchen which is for staff only (non existent). So don't come here to give him your money rather sleep on the street because perhaps the asphalt is softer than the bed
