The staff here could not have been any nicer! The breakfast was ok and I would say better than most for an add on. The room did smell very strange and not sure what that was from but was not a pleasant smell.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Our room was very clean. We had 1 problem with some little bugs in windowsill and they addressed it right away

The property was clean, staff polite, unfortunately our mattress was not comfortable it sunk in on the one side of our king bed to the point I was unable to sleep. When I shared the information with staff they listened but seemed unconcerned. I am sure that all mattresses are not like that.

Excellent staff, super clean hotel, room and lobby areas. Someone is always mopping!
All front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does an outstanding job. Always smile and greet everyone.
Our room had a full kitchen, super nice with full size fridge with ice maker.
Shuttle to and from Mayo very good as well!
McDonalds next door and Aldis a short walk away.
We have no complaints and would stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel while going to the Mayo Clinic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Michael the manager, were helpful and accommodating. There is shuttle to the hospitals and the clinic. I highly recommend!
