There is a big road nearby, which is a bit noisy. There is also a railway next to it, so the surrounding area is average. It is a little far to Mayo, about 10 minutes walk. The hotel is new and beautiful inside, but there is really nothing to eat for breakfast.

All the staff were friendly, delicious breakfast! The rooms were nice and comfortable, very clean, even though there were so many guests the you could not hear noise! We were able to rest.

After an issue at check-in involving an incorrect charge, the manager (Beth) went above and beyond to rectify the situation. My mom and I were there for medical reasons and Beth’s customer service is the reason we’ll continue to stay at Hyatt House for future visits to Rochester. We were genuinely impressed with Beth, the food is great, and the location can’t be beat. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming back. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. I especially loved the breakfast. There was a great variety and it really helped start the day off right. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was at night; I was able to relax and get a good night’s sleep without any disturbances. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant .
