The television and refrigerator worked. The bed linen was clean, and all toiletries were available. The air conditioner / heating unit worked as it should. The floor was clean and the garbage cans were emptied. The most important thing for me, though, was that the room was quiet.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel failed to honor it, leaving us stranded without accommodation and in a difficult situation because we were traveling with a pet. The disorganized and indifferent staff showed little concern, simply telling me that someone else wanted the suite we reserved weeks in advance. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a reliable and welcoming stay. We ended up having to drive another hour before finding a hotel with vacancies that could accommodate our needs.

Covered my basic needs
Friendly staff checking in and out. Bed was older and did not have a comforter/blanket and two small pillows which was fine because i travel with my own bedding. Shower pressure was excellent and hot water was plentiful. Basic low budget hotel but seemed to be clean for age. Signs of disrepair on second floor but my room was fine. Only thing that upset me was the complimentary coffee was luke warm to cold which was a morning disappointment.

Not one of my better hotel experiences
The actual hotel was nice, but other hotel guests had a drunken block-party in the parking area, complete with dueling car audio systems competing for whi coukd achieve highest volume. This went on until approximately 4:30 AM. It made for little to no sleep the entire night. Other guests were frustrated, as well. It would have been nice if staff would have intervened for the sake of other hotel guests.
I stay in rochester frequently for work, but will not choose this hotel again.

They will put you on a do not rent to list, for no reason. Then try to charge your card for normal wear and tear and cleaning.

Staff is amazing. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful when I called to arrange my stay. Their rooms are being updated nicely and cleaned and maintained so much better then past stays. Great place to stay!

Dirty. You have to supply your own shampoo, soap, and bedding. Windows and door look like they've been kicked in and badly patched.

I called a head to let them know I would check in late the person who answer told me it was fine when I came to check in I was put down aa a no show and they cancelled my reservation that I paid up for 2 weeks. Will not return!!
