The room is relatively clean and close to the expressway. The side near the expressway is a bit noisy. The hotel also has a shuttle to Mayo, free parking, and free breakfast.

Very nice property with a great staff. The rooms and common areas were clean. We were impressed with the helpful and courteous staff. If you have the opportunity, please engage Tyson in conversation. It will definitely be worth your time!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the customer service was very disappointing. On Saturday, the toilet in my room got clogged, and when I called for help, I was told I had to go down to pick up the plunger and towels myself because this wasn’t a luxury or five-star hotel. The plunger I was handed was dirty and had waste residue on it — absolutely disgusting. I was also told that only one person was in charge of the entire hotel, which seems like very poor planning. This attitude ruined what had been a pleasant stay until then. I truly hope management takes action.

This is a great hotel and is actually our 4th visit. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly, but we have to call out Ty who is exceptional and one of the reasons we keep coming back to stay here. You know when he is on duty, things will be in tip top shape, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

Fine stay at the Fairfield. Tucked in right next to the highway but no concern with Highway noise. Small little hotel with nice staff and good breakfast area. Parking is tight but manageable. Nice little park nearby and easy drive downtown.

Two top things for me is a clean and quiet room. The room was very clean and mostly quiet on a Monday night. Some thumping sounds , sound of other guests using water and hall noise like doors. It wasn't bad but not sure how it would be when full. I was on second floor at end of hall far from elevator and I e machine and side away from highway

Stellar experience! Fairfield does not miss a detail! The staff, Jack, Jordan, Ty, are INCREDIBLE! They are genuine in in their offers of help. The rooms are comfy, Immaculate, upgraded bath products, Breakfast is spectacular! There are msny hot and cold options all delicious and fresh. Coffee and Tea are available 24 hrs. The shuttle service to Mayo is a big time and cost savings - no need to pay parking at the hospital. Business center. Indoor pool that is very clean. Nice gym with adequate equipment. Olive Garden Restaurant is walkable. Awesome place!!
