We stay here when we have appointments at Mayo. This place is perfect: affordable rates, very clean, quiet, comfortable, amazingly kind and thoughtful staff. It is convenient to Mayo, as well as a number of good restaurants, and they have a shuttle to and from Mayo. The breakfast is passable for an affordable stay. We recommend it very highly, and it’s the only place we ever stay when in town.

definitely recommend this hotel. We booked online, got there and the man working told us we would have gotten a better (hospital rate), if we would have called, but he gave us the discounted rate. The room was a little on the small side, but plenty room, nice and clean, and the staff had left towels all folded into cute little animals and many nice touches, made us feel very special. breakfast was good and lots of variety, great place to stay

Inexpensive, nice, clean, friendly staff. Bring your own Pillow! They have these tiny pilows with chunks of foam in them. Also, next time, I'll cool down our room before we go to bed, because the air conditioner/heater is Sooooo Loud. Every time it would kick in, it would make a Loud noise & wake us up. Turn it off! First shuttle to Mayo leaves at 5:45, so breakfast on the weekdays should start at 5:30, please. I'd stay again.

Decent for the price
Room was clean as and comfortable enough. Road was noisy and lights in the parking lot so bright it came around the curtains. Staff wsre kind and courteous.
