We had our reservations a year in advance. In 2024 we had a great stay. In 2025 it was horrible. A/C didn't work, they said they do not have enough towels for a booked hotel, no linens for pull out in the room and they were out when we checked in, asked for a spoon for medicine for a sick child, they had none, asked for a garbage bag to put pizza boxes in and we almost had to give them our first born! We were just trying to make sure the room was an easy clean for housekeeping. Then asked for a late checkout and was told yes since I am a BW rewards and they did not put in in the system and manager came banging on the door. All she could say is they were short staffed. The best was they had met their food quota by 9am on Saturday for breakfast. They were going to put water in the waffle mix, juice machine was out and half broken, and only one waffle machine worked. I will stay elsewhere for my next years trip.

I was "upgraded" to a room with a poolview and I didn't want it, but had no choice. It was extremely loud with the pool right there with the door shut. I could not complete any work. Was told there was no other room to go to and the pool would close at 10pm. It was an overall horrible experience to be there.

This is a hotel that has totally been revamped on the inside. The pools are really nice, I like they have one for the little kids. The outside is okay with a parking lot that could use some work. We will definitely come back

I did not like that the rooms were all adjoining rooms, it felt very unsafe when I was put in a room next to a full room with just a door to separate our rooms. The halls were very loud and the lighting was dim. The linens were of basic quality. I did not sleep well as I felt unsafe in this environment.

Worst Western
We had to be moved twice due to bathroom issues. Then they tried to claim the second was shower condensation when it was raining through our bathroom ceiling. We left and found a downtown hotel closer to Mayo.

Staff was great and first two nights good. Third night there was several parties going on and notified staff of loud music at 11 pm and had to leave property at midnight for several hours because could not sleep and started to feel unsafe. Aware that events are held there and may be loud at times. I will think twice before booking again if sleep is most important.
