I've had to make quite a few out of state trips for medical appointments and this was by far my best experience at a hotel. The location is very convenient, staff was very courteous and friendly, room was clean, and the whirlpool was a wonderful bonus and worked great. It was also very helpful that there was places to eat and a Walmart near by for shopping. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would

Don't stay here!!! The hotel smells and is dirty! They pool was closed by the health department. The customer service is absolutely lacking! We will never be staying here again. The food was gross and we couldn't eat it!!!!........... ....

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the early mornings and afternoons with zero or a few quests. This was especially relaxing. I was able to walk to the conference center for my meetings which I particularly appreciated.

Staff really nice and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good just missing yogurt. The pool was not open and was going to get in. The cookies are always good. Parking was easy and no issues. The checkout process was really smooth and receptionist gave pleasant good day.

When we got up to take a shower we noticed there was only one bath towel for the two of us. We called the desk and they said they were too busy to bring one up. I dried off with washcloths and hand towels. Not real happy with that. We've used this hotel before and came back because it had been great.

This hotel was very clean, the spa was warm and inviting. We were there for my mom who is being treated for lung cancer and they accomidated our request for first floor. All staff members were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Will recommend

I would definitely stay again. Very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable, room and hotel smelled fresh and had a very homey feel to it. Everyone was super friendly and helpful . Breakfast had a nice choice of hot foods . Whirlpool was great! And location for me was perfect! In a quiet area on the edge of town but minutes from the Mayo, the mall and dining.

We came here and crashed for the night because we just couldnt drive any further.. It wasn't a bad experience but way too over priced for the room that we had. It wasn't the cleanest, gives nursing home vibes. Cool thing is pool and hot tub are open from 6a-12a.

The hotel is kind of difficult to get to as it's tucked away in a neighborhood. Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We were leaving a day earlier than the rest of family, but were able to get a late checkout thanks to my Choice Privileges status. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Used the meeting room as well, which was nice and spacious.
