This is a very nice hotel, food is wonderful. Everyone is nice here. Shoutout to Ashley, Filly, and Cheryl for doing a job above and beyond. This hotel has direct access to the Mayo Clinic via subway and it couldn't be more convenient. If you're looking for a place to stay in Rochester, MN - this is the hotel. 5 stars all around :)

Despite being under renovation, the room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Very light and pleasant breakfast room and lobby area. Excellent breakfast choices. One huge bonus is the direct connection to the Mayo Clinic via the pedestrian subway, connecting beyond to the Rochester skyway systems. This is a godsend in the winter when temperatures frequently plunge to single digits. I would definitely come back here if using the Mayo facilities. Great find.

Let me start by saying I don’t write reviews but I need to give this hotel a very positive review. Two reasons. First, if you’re here for Mayo Clinic as we were, their location couldn’t be better. They are connected to the clinic via the subway system (good for getting to the clinic and back without going outside in inclement weather) and it’s also an easy one block walk to the main entrance above ground as well. Second, the staff here is as good as (better than!) most hotels I’ve stayed in across the country. Ashley, the day manager goes above and beyond for any request. All of her staff I interacted with (Andrew, Filly, Dan, Rosita, Cheryl) were also courteous, kind, and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I’ll finish by saying the hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, but even so, the work being done caused little to no inconvenience at all. Thank you Ashley for making our time at Mayo as comfortable as possible. Danny

From the front desk to house keeping we felt right at home! Ashley greets us each day reminding us to have a great day, while here with a sick spouse it is nice to see a smile each morning! Breakfast with chef Cheryl is amazing, her coffee keeps us going. Thanks so much for the great care!

First time staying here and everything was excellent. Room was clean and very spacious. Loved the amenities. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice large couch was a plus! Calvin who was working the night shift for front desk was very friendly and outgoing. He gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and stores close by for convenience which helped a lot for walking distance with the cold weather. Thank you Calvin and the rest of the staff for making it an enjoyable and stress-free stay! :)
