Everyone on the staff has been great. I did, however, want to mention in particular Adriann M. When I dropped and broke a wine glass in the kitchen, he came quickly and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the floor. Next day, when a light bulb burned out, he again arrived quickly and changed the bulb. His efforts and demeanor certainly make this Marriott Residence Inn great.

We have been coming to Rochester for cancer treatment for the past 5years. We have stayed in many hotels. My husband this time needed a 5 week stay for extensive treatment. We were advised to stay here and it was great advise. This hotel has the most accommodating and friendly staff! The rooms are very very clean and service is top quality. Not to mention comfortable. Breakfast is one of the very best included in your stay. Also, great location for other restaurants here of good quality and easy access to Mayo clinic without having to go outside if you happen to be staying for a medical reason.

Remodeling is underway but construction crews and staff are efficient and friendly as changes are in the process. Ashley at the front desk is the best. When we see her it is like seeing family and catching up and she remembered us all by name after an entire year. Genove is the most organized housekeeper anyone could ask for always supplying our room ahead of time. Hats off to Adrian for assisting my husband with the channels. The staff make it a comfortable stay after a tiring week of appointments.

Our stay at the Residence Inn at 441 Center Street was awesome. The breakfast was awesome too, it had a large variety to choose from and the servers were great. And Ms. Filly at the front desk went above beyond to help our stay to be very pleasant , in what ever we asked her she was willing to do or help us with...Thanks for a home away from home.

Our home away from home when visiting Rochester. Always a warm welcome from Ashley and the front desk crew. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help with any question or concern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to the completed renovation!

Quality service and respect for my needs were on full display during my stay by front desk supervisors Ashley, Filly, and Andrew and the Director of Rooms Dan Knoke. The hotel has been under a complete renovation and they have bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
