While on our way back from a western roadtrip, we stopped in Rochester to visit family. This was the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip…. Clean, spacious and the manager was super welcoming! When in Rochester, we will always stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Our check inn went smoothly and Ashley was helpful and informative. She even called regular guests by name. Location was good for medical visits or trip to a restaurant. Housekeeping staff pleasant and friendly.

This was our first stay at the new Residence Inn. I normally stay at the one downtown as it is closer to the Mayo Clinic. This will be our place to stay now for future appointments. The hotel is clean and nice. There are many restaurants nearby and the shopping mall is close too. Their personal shuttle service was an extra bonus and made going to our appointments easier not having to worry about parking downtown. All the staff is amazing! Scott checked us in and was knowledgeable. Amanda (the GM) helped us extend our stay when no rooms were available, so we did not have to move hotels. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming for Mayo Clinic.

The staff was Excellent!!! Scott, the Front Office Manager goes above and beyond. The property was beautiful and clean. Shuttle service is an added bonus. Patio was also beautiful and relaxing. The Bar is open daily and has a wonderful selection of wine.

I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS RESIDENCE INN SINCE 1980. SOON AFTER COVID - 19 THE HOTEL WENT TO HELL. MOST RECENTLY, THEY HIRED AN EXPERIENCED MANAGER FROM ANOTHER MARRIOT HOTEL AND REPLACED THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE MANAGER'S NAME IS DAN AND ONE OF THE EXCELLENT NEW EMPLOYEES IS ASLEY.

Had an issue with check in but found it was a mistake when they entered our name. Loved the hotel especially the amenities and how the rooms are laid out. Top notch breakfast and friendly staff. Only complaint is they need more luggage carts. Only three and individuals would not return them in a timely manner. Will stay again if in town.

We want to shout out a big thank you to Cheryl!! She went above and beyond for my husband. He had a double lung transplant and couldn’t get breakfast off the buffet so she made him a plate every morning fresh out of the oven and set it aside for him. We don’t ask her too she volunteered. This is how much she appreciates her customers. Or should I say family. We are here for 3 months and she has been the greatest. Thank you Cheryl for the great breakfast you prepare every morning!
