Very cost-effective. The decoration is consistent with all the holiday inns on this trip, and it is relatively new. The breakfast is simple, but there are fruits and optional bread, etc., but there is almost no freshly made food, all of which are packaged and delivered. There is no bottled water in the room, and you can only drink hot water in the lobby. The room is relatively large, but there are always various noises, some electrical noises that cannot be found. In summary, except for the above shortcomings, the rest are online and good.

This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very responsive, especially at breakfast. The breakfast was good, typical of this type of hotel. The kids enjoyed watching the automatic pancake maker though! Good facilities and good accessibility on the TV in the room. The hotel was very secure and we felt safe here. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Roanoke that wants to be just outside of downtown.

They had limited information about Businesses that delivered food in the area, so we grabbed a couple of the flyers they had. One was Emilio's pizza, which was their only flyer for pizza. We ended up ordering it and they charged an $8 delivery fee, and $25 for a large pizza, and other taxes, ended up being $40 for a pizza that turned out the size of a normal medium pizza and tasted like frozen pizza you buy at the supermarket. It was nasty and we didn't even eat it.
Also, we asked to check in an hour and a half early, I am in a wheelchair and I was tired, they wanted to charge us $80, so we declined, being the room was already $128.00.
