I checked into the hotel after midnight and found out the rooms have feather pillows. My Marriott profile lists that we need foam pillows because of a severe allergy to feathers. After calling the front desk to request - we were told she couldn’t find any. Sleeping with no pillows wasnt fun. It was topped off by the 6am construction next door - trucks beeping etc. I will never stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Roanoke! John and Samira at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful and got our stay off to a wonderful start. Our rooms were clean and modern, and the location was safe and convenient. This is our new favorite place to stay when we visit family in Roanoke!

I had a wonderful stay at springhill suites. My family and I stayed for a week and I want to give a shout-out to our housekeeper Justin for keeping our bathroom clean during our stay. He was very friendly, and kept my room filled with coffee, and I hope you appreciate my tip :) thank you Justin, for making this visit memorable. The next time I stay here, I hope he services our room.

I am a Marriott fan. We really loved this Springhill Suites! Newly renovated And the staff is great. Kudos to Ari the Asst Mgr who was running things when we were there. The bar food was good, although they were out of some menu items. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel was upgraded and smelled fresh. The grounds were clean. The breakfast station was really eye appealing. Overall everything was good. However the pool was so cold. I feel the heater was not working. All the families were shivering in the water. I did not like the fact the water was so cold in the pool area. However the pool was clean and gym area too.
