The projector in the sea view parent-child room is poor and the brightness is low. It is basically impossible to see during the day. The resolution is not high at night and it is uncomfortable to watch. There is no place to eat takeaway in the room. There is only a small table, which is not convenient. The location of the shower room is not hidden, which is fine if it is a double room, but it is a bit awkward with children. The cleaning service is not good. Before checking out, the cleaning only involves changing supplies and taking out the garbage. The floor is not swept or the bed is made.

Without service, there were only a few seats that were not cleared when people left. We had to ask them to come and clear things up. The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.

There were seafood garbage and cigarette butts everywhere on the floor, and in the trash cans next to each table. Rubbish. I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. The above comments respect objective facts and have no personal emotions. There are good and bad. Just focus on what you care about. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.
