Hotels in Long-distance Bus Station, Haiqu Park, Rizhao

Hello, I was travelling to Rizhao far from Indonesia. So, it’s better to stay in a good hotel. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

Hands down, the worst Sheraton ever! The bedside lamp controls in the room were broken, so I had to trek all the way to the master switch by the door to turn off the lights. There was always only one person at the front desk, constantly busy with their computer, and when I asked for anything, the answer was always 'no,' without even bothering to look up. But the worst part was breakfast. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but this one stops at 9:30 AM. Plus, there was hardly anything to eat—just sausages and bacon. No meat dishes or stir-fries, not even corn. So disappointed, I'll never stay here again!

The community is very quiet, taxis are very convenient, the house design is very distinctive, the room is very clean, the children like the bunk beds, the bookshelves also have books that children like to read, occasionally spray water on the plants, although the room does not have air conditioning, but the living room air conditioning is open, the room fan is also very comfortable to open, The boss is also very good, temporarily changed the time, and also helped solve the luggage storage

Hotel location not bad as it's not far from the high speed train, but there are not much other facilities near the hotel. Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name: 1. The shower is very weak 2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!

The front desk service was good; they even provided a complimentary breakfast. There's a staircase around a corner from the front desk to the elevator, which is slightly inconvenient for carrying luggage. The bathroom had a strong odor, and even after changing rooms, it still smelled unpleasant.

Although the room is old, it is very cozy. The service is excellent. The breakfast is not good. Wrong, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the restaurants are convenient, and the facilities are complete. It is an excellent choice for accommodation when going to Rizhao.
